To strengthen our team at our Koblenz branch with the departments of sales, service, and rental, we are looking for you immediately if you enjoy compact equipment, small engines, compaction, and sophisticated technology, as a:

Service Technician / Mechatronics Engineer / Mechanic (m/f/d) for Construction Machinery & Construction Equipment for the Rental Department

Your tasks with us

• Cleaning, maintenance, and technical preparation of rental equipment to ensure flawless and ready-to-use condition
• Assisting with check-in and check-out of rental equipment as well as performing incoming and outgoing inspections
• Supporting the rental manager in the administration and organisation of the rental equipment fleet
• Recording and documenting maintenance, repairs, and equipment conditions
• Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work as well as supporting the technical inspection and preparation of rental equipment
• Assisting in ensuring the availability and timely provision of rental equipment

What you bring with you

• Technical vocational training
• Professional experience as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics engineer, agricultural and construction machinery mechanic, motor vehicle mechanic, motor vehicle mechatronics engineer, motor vehicle electrician, or service technician/customer service technician from the field of industrial trucks/forklifts or electronics/electrical specialist
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical relationships
• Good knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrics
• Strong service and cost awareness
• Ability to work independently
• IT skills are desirable
• Willingness to attend training on new products
• At least a category B driving licence
• Initiative, motivation, as well as a performance-oriented and structured working style
