About the job
When mechanics, electricity and control work together, a system becomes a functioning machine. For our client in special machine construction, we are looking for an automation technician who wants to start exactly at this point: from wiring to successful functional testing.
- You build control cabinets and implement circuit diagrams as well as assembly documents.
- You install pneumatic components according to technical specifications.
- You check wiring and test the functions of individual assemblies.
- You accompany test runs, isolate faults and rectify electrical deviations.
- You document changes to schematics and provide technical feedback to the project team.
- You can confidently read and practically implement electrical schematics.
- Ideally, you have experience in the electrical assembly of machines or systems.
- You are familiar with electrical engineering and pneumatics and have basic knowledge of PLC controls, for example Siemens S7/TIA Portal.
- You search for faults systematically and work carefully even with complex wiring.
- You speak very good German; English skills are an advantage.
- You work on individually built machines instead of always the same standard orders.
- You accompany your work from electrical assembly to functional testing.
- Flexible working hours offer you scope for organisation in everyday life.
- You can expand your expertise through development opportunities.
- You work closely with specialists from mechanics and other technical areas.
- You can expect a collegial team in an internationally active machine construction company.
Do you want to see the whole system working at the end of your work? Then send us your CV. We look forward to your application.
