Sales Advisor Decoration (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Decoration sector
Advise customers professionally, contribute to the store's appeal and ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise in accordance with our internal concepts
Manage the assortment, from product ordering to shelf stocking
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Provide support to other store departments as needed

You show a keen interest in sales and place customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of welcome and advice
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma as a retail manager or recognised training in sales, as well as several years of experience in a similar role
You master French both orally and in writing and communicate easily with customers and your professional environment
You know how to take initiative, are organised, responsible and collaborate easily in a team
You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy varied work and know how to remain effective even under pressure
