About the job
The Terra Vecchia Foundation works with people towards the future. The focus is on personal goals, autonomy, and meaningful perspectives. The team of the Vocational Integration Office is responsible for case management, coordinates the various offers and assignments in the field of labour integration, and supports people on their path to vocational integration.

Professional in Vocational Integration 80%
Your tasks
- Case management and coordination in the field of labour integration
- Leading and coordinating intake, location, and evaluation discussions involving the relevant professionals
- Collaboration with internal and external work and production companies
- Assessment of work and training capacity and joint discussion and development of realistic vocational perspectives
- Information processing and report writing
- Contact and networking with employers in the primary labour market
- Active participation in departments, working groups, and committees
Your profile
You have training in social work, social pedagogy, or a comparable field. Further training in coaching is a plus. Ideally, you bring experience in vocational integration and in implementing measures of the disability insurance. A good network in the primary labour market helps you to support people effectively on their way into the world of work. You work with commitment, independently, solution-oriented, and at the same time appreciate exchange and collaboration within the team. Participation in the weekly team meeting on Wednesday mornings is feasible for you. A category B driving licence is required for this role.
