What is my role?

• You promote interdisciplinary collaboration with all hospital departments

• You ensure an efficient, modern and legally compliant HR operation

• You further develop the HR strategy in close coordination with the overall strategy and implement it purposefully

• You ensure, together with the 13-member HR team, support and care for managers and employees in all personnel-related, labour law and organisational issues throughout the entire HR life cycle

• You actively drive HR change processes and support the hospital Uster's transformation projects from a personnel perspective

• The further development of HR processes and instruments as well as topics such as employer branding, leadership development, employee promotion, occupational health management and HR controlling are important parts of your work

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in a comparable role in healthcare, ideally in a Swiss acute hospital

• You have in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting and social security and are familiar with time recording and reporting tools

• Experience in change and transformation processes as well as an affinity for digitalisation and modern working methods

• Strong advisory, communication and integration skills as well as a confident, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality

• Empathy, high social competence and active commitment to a trusting cooperation
