• Planning, implementation and continuous development of holistic security awareness and human risk management initiatives
• Support in defining and implementing attack surface management approaches
• Consulting and support in the introduction and further development of AI governance structures
• Consulting in the area of cloud security
• Documentation, preparation and presentation of results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Completed technical training or higher professional education (FH / HF) in computer science, cyber security or comparable
• Further training in information security or corresponding practical experience
• Experience or strong interest in several of the following areas:
• Security awareness and human risk management, ideally with KnowBe4
• Attack surface management, vulnerability or patch management, ideally with Rapid7
• Cloud security (e.g. Azure, AWS or comparable platforms)
• AI governance and information security governance
• Good communication and presentation skills as well as enjoyment of consulting and customer contact
• Conceptual understanding of IT and security basics such as network security, email security, endpoint security, vulnerability analysis and system hardening
• Interest in security processes, standards and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST) as well as willingness to further expand this knowledge
• Analytical and structured thinking skills as well as the ability to present complex issues clearly
• Team-oriented personality with interest in networking, knowledge exchange and continuous development
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good technical English skills
