What you can contribute to:
As a personnel planning specialist (PP):
- Ensure the processing of dynamic orders
- Enter orders using the available tools
- Administrative management of services (Mission orders, reports)
- Ensure the planning, introduction, management and accounting of assigned engagements
- Ensure that the quality of services meets performance standards
- Provide telephone support and manage email inboxes
- Be able to provide productive services
- Schedule mainly between 06:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday in general However, these hours may be increased during certain periods.
As a personnel planning specialist (PP):
- Provide telephone support and manage email inboxes
- Ensure short- and medium-term quality planning in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Guarantee planning in line with the expected qualifications
- Ensure excellent collaboration with all company entities
- Enter data, keep it up to date and ensure its scheduling
- Schedule mainly between 07:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and 07:00 to 16:00 on SDJFO However, these hours may be increased during certain periods.
What you bring:
- Impeccable integrity and no criminal record
- Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorised gainful employment (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA citizen
- At least 1 year of experience in security
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with IT tools, telephone and technical environments
- Sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility
- Service-oriented, able to respond to internal company client requests
- Leadership-oriented, comfortable in interpersonal relationships, good communicator both written and oral
- Assertive personality, proactive (anticipation and analysis)
- Good learning and adaptation skills
- Reliable and trustworthy person, able to work both in a team and independently
- Excellent organisational skills (rigorous and methodical)
- Excellent stress management, prioritisation, sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility
