Nurse Specialist for the Stem and Immune Cell Therapy Ward 80-100%
from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement
Your Main Tasks
- Care and support of patients with various haematological-oncological diseases, autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants, and cellular therapies
- Administration of antitumour therapies, immunotherapies, and implementation of accompanying nursing interventions
- Advice and support for patients during all phases of the illness, during therapy, and regarding self-management
- Participation in learning support in collaboration with the vocational trainer
- Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is an essential part of your work
- Your professional commitment across all three shifts ensures a high quality of service for our patients
Your Profile
- You are a capable, independent, and resilient qualified nurse HF/FH
- Enjoyment of the profession, teamwork, and strong patient orientation characterise you
- You take responsibility for patients together with the interdisciplinary team and are committed to implementing patient-centred and professional nursing care
- You value care adapted to the current life situation and sufficient time for your patients
- Good communication skills
- You are accustomed to dealing with complex, rapidly changing situations
- You gladly share your expertise and experience with others and are also interested in deepening and further developing your professional knowledge

You will work in one of the leading centres for stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies in Switzerland. We operate a modern ward with 16 beds and care for patients with severe haematological-oncological diseases, including intensive chemotherapies and stem cell transplants according to current standards.
