Automation Technician for Control Cabinet Assembly and Commissioning
Tasks
- Assemble, wire, test and commission control cabinets and electrical assemblies
- Prepare cables and wires according to drawings and parts lists
- Configure, set up and test PCs
- Calibrate Q-tools and document results
- Pre-assemble mechanical, pneumatic assemblies and modules
- Perform adjustment work and functional checks on assemblies and machines
Requirements
- Qualification as an electrician, automation fitter or comparable qualification for electrical positions
- Practical experience in assembly, wiring or commissioning of electrical components
- Qualification as a polymechanic, mechanic or machine mechanic for assembly positions
- Solid experience in mechanical engineering and assembly of assemblies
- Ability to independently carry out adjustment and functional tests
