• Overall responsibility for the various areas of school administration such as personnel services, pupil administration, the administrative concerns of day structures, the organisation of further school services, the reception desk, finances as well as general administrative communication
• Leadership of the ten employees in the various areas of school administration
• Advice and support for the school board and school management in strategic, organisational, legal and administrative matters
• Overall responsibility for meeting management and the application process for the school board and the education management
• Management and support of projects
• Responsibility for public relations and communication on behalf of the presidency
• Representation of the education division in the management of the city administration
• Operational interface between city administration and school operations

• Commercial basic training and further education in administration and personnel management
• SIB course to become a "certified school administration manager SIB/VPZS"
• Professional experience in a public administration, ideally in a school administration
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in promoting and developing employees
• Strong understanding of political, organisational and administrative processes
• Very good conceptual and organisational skills
• Very good written and oral communication skills
