Production Polymechanic CNC Turning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

* Independent setup, running-in and optimisation of high-precision CNC lathes in an industrial environment * Long turning: Star SA, SR and SV * Short turning: Index G200, Index ABC, C100 and C200 * Programming and setup of new parts using GNT and TopSolid * Process monitoring of ongoing series production as well as systematic troubleshooting * Ensuring the highest quality standards through precise manufacturing inspections * Continuous optimisation of CNC programmes and production processes * Proper maintenance and servicing of the machine parks * Professional organisation and management of tools and operating resources

What do I need to be successful?

* Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ with solid professional experience * Several years of practice in setting up CNC lathes, ideally in both short and long turning * Sound knowledge of Fanuc and/or Siemens Sinumerik is an advantage * Strong quality awareness and highest precision in work execution * Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with high initiative
