What you bring:
- Admission to the HF Nursing course (e.g. FaGe qualification, vocational baccalaureate or an equivalent access route)

Your tasks:
- You support the nursing team in the individual care and nursing of our residents – according to your level of training.
- You carefully and data-protection-compliantly carry out nursing documentation in CareCoach under guidance.
- You participate in the implementation of medical orders and accompany ward rounds.
- You gradually take responsibility for medication handling – accompanied by your contact person.
- You actively participate in handovers and contribute professionally to the team.
- You deepen your skills in the nursing process, daily structuring and situation assessment during your training.
- You grow step by step into more personal responsibility – accompanied by your constant contact person.
