- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal and company safety regulations
- Conducting safety inspections, risk analyses, and hazard assessments
- Developing and implementing safety measures and concepts
- Training and raising awareness among employees regarding occupational safety
- Advising and supporting management and safety officers on all occupational safety matters
- Creating and monitoring hazard portfolios according to ISO 45001
- Analyzing and documenting workplace accidents and deriving preventive measures
- Introducing and monitoring measures for continuous improvement of the safety culture
- Supporting topics related to environmental and sustainability management
- Completed training or studies in safety engineering, environmental technology, engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in occupational safety, ideally in an industrial, construction, or production company
- Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., Occupational Safety Act, ISO 45001)
- Experience in conducting hazard assessments, safety instructions, and audits
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in dealing with employees and management
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with related areas such as environmental and sustainability management
- Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
