As a Technical Sales Officer, you provide support and technical sales expertise to the front office by designing and proposing solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Attached to the Customer and Partner Solutions unit, you contribute to the development of energy solutions in coordination with the sales, marketing and technical teams. The unit supports client officers, develops suitable solutions and manages a network of partners to strengthen the local economic dynamic.

In your role you will be expected to:
- Contribute to the technical feasibility study of client projects and the preparation of associated offers;
- Coordinate the construction of offers in connection with internal stakeholders;
- Identify the financial and commercial issues of clients in order to propose relevant solutions;
- Propose innovative, adapted and competitive thermal solutions;
- Participate in negotiating commercial conditions and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments;
- Present technical sales solutions and contribute to discussions in RTS zone meetings.
Your personality and skills
With excellent interpersonal skills, you build a relationship of trust with your contacts and demonstrate a strong team spirit. Organised and solution-oriented, you know how to manage priorities and lead several projects simultaneously with autonomy. Stress-resistant, agile and comfortable in evolving environments, you adopt a positive and collaborative attitude.
You have a solid technical and commercial background in the thermal, solar and electromobility fields. You master negotiation techniques and demonstrate good analytical skills. You also possess knowledge in project financial management and are comfortable facilitating technical sales working groups.
Your academic background
You hold an EPF or HES Engineer diploma, specialised in the thermal field, and have 5 to 6 years of experience in a commercial activity, ideally in the energy sector.
You have a good knowledge of the public and private markets in the Geneva area as well as in French-speaking Switzerland. Experience in an engineering office or in energy professions is an asset.
