Landscape Manager M/F/D

Are you passionate about plants, attentive to detail, and a natural leader on site?

We are looking for one of our partners for a qualified Landscape Manager to lead landscaping and maintenance projects for green spaces.

Your playground:

• Site management: You plan, organise and supervise creation works (planting, turfing, paving, slabs, landscape masonry) and maintenance.

• Team management: You supervise, motivate and coordinate teams on site in an excellent working atmosphere.

• Technical & Quality follow-up: You interpret landscaping plans, ensure compliance with best practices, deadlines and safety standards.

• Client & Equipment relations: You liaise with clients on work progress and ensure proper maintenance of machinery and powered tools.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in landscaping (or an equivalent recognised qualification).

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of successful experience on Swiss sites, with proven initial experience in team management.

• Know-how: Excellent knowledge of plants, landscaping construction techniques, earthworks and plan reading.

• Personality: You are autonomous, rigorous, have excellent communication skills and are able to unite your team.

• Driving licence: Category B driving licence essential.
