Head of Garden Department (f/m/d)

Mission

Manage and organise the Garden sector by placing customer satisfaction at the centre of priorities
Advise with expertise, make the store attractive and ensure a neat presentation according to our internal concepts
Guarantee product availability, plan and implement promotional activities for the sector
Analyse key figures, take appropriate measures and ensure optimal resource planning within budget
Lead a small team by setting clear objectives, fostering motivation and developing each member's skills

You show a strong interest in sales, have good commercial acumen and aspire to a position of responsibility
You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist, landscaper or recognised training in the sale of flowers and plants, as well as proven experience in a similar role including team management
You demonstrate solid organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and are in good physical condition
You exercise natural and motivating leadership, facilitate contact and communication, and promote team spirit
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, comfortable with common IT tools and flexible to meet customer hours
