Head of Nursing Centre for Intensive Care Medicine (80-100%)

You actively shape interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to the further development of evidence-based, high-quality and patient-centred intensive care nursing. As an integral component of your management role, you promote cross-site collaboration and drive its optimisation forward. Your area of responsibility

• You take on the strategic and operational management of the nursing service in the Centre for Intensive Care Medicine and ensure a stable, efficient and high-performance operation
• You lead around 180 employees and are responsible for high nursing quality as well as for training and further education in the nursing service
• You optimise processes and resources, actively drive digitalisation forward and take on budget responsibility for the nursing area
• You actively and motivatedly shape the Centre for Intensive Care Medicine, promote interprofessional collaboration as a central prerequisite and matter of course, and strengthen exchange and networking within and outside the LUKS Group

Your experience

• You have completed training as an Expert in Intensive Care Nursing NDS HF or an equivalent SGI recognition as well as several years of professional experience in the field of intensive care nursing
• You have sound, several years of leadership experience and bring the willingness to actively develop yourself further
• You communicate clearly, reliably and on an equal footing, network different interests and create trust and orientation even in complex situations
• A further management or leadership qualification is an advantage. Decisive are your leadership personality, your professional credibility and your visible effectiveness in operational everyday life
