The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich supports people with disabilities and creates diverse opportunities in the secondary labour market. For our visual presence, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and independent personality to further develop our sales areas with fresh ideas, a confident sense of design and a consistent brand appearance.
These are your tasks:
- Further development of our visual concept for all branches
- Planning and implementation of seasonal themes and marketing campaigns
- Design of sales areas, shop windows and product presentations
- Creation of mood boards, design concepts and POS materials
- Support of the branches in implementation and ensuring a consistent brand appearance
- Observation of current trends and development of new ideas for our branches
This is what you bring:
- Training or further education in visual merchandising, 3D poly design, design, retail design or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in visual merchandising, retail or sales area design is an advantage.
- Strong sense of design, colours and trends
- Solid experience with product presentation and seasonal concepts
- Confident handling of design and presentation tools is an advantage
- High social competence, empathy and professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them in everyday life
