Logistics Specialist with Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Logistics in professional leadership and team development
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth operations in warehousing, goods flow, transport, scheduling, and shipping
- Optimising warehouse processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Contributing to the further development of logistics strategies such as FIFO, Kanban, and Lean Logistics
- Planning and conducting inventories as well as project support
Requirements
- Completed logistics apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and further logistics training
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the machinery or industrial sector
- Experience in staff leadership and coordination
- Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SelectLine
- Very good German language skills and strong strategic as well as analytical thinking abilities
