About the job
The position is located at the UAPE of Poliez-Pittet, a facility with a capacity of 60 places, able to accommodate children from 1P to 6P.
The working time is spread over 4 days per week and includes about 10% of administrative duties.
Your missions:
- Provide quality support to the children welcomed, ensuring their well-being and safety in accordance with the institutional project and within the framework of current regulations.
- Identify quality-related issues based on your theoretical knowledge. Propose courses of action and implement them in the interest of the child.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
You are comfortable carrying out projects related to nature, ecology or food. You have the ability to develop reflective action on quality issues and to carry out relevant actions, deployed responsibly, autonomously and reliably in your activity. Gifted with a good team spirit, your ability to communicate and take initiatives, your flexibility and stability, make you a real asset to the team.
You hold a secondary CFC or tertiary ES/HES diploma or equivalent, have Swiss nationality or a valid residence permit as well as a clean criminal record.
