About the job
Under what is called 1Heim7, we understand in Lutisbach a living space for young people. A place where one can develop further and be supported in achieving goals.
Lutisbach offers, following the fully supervised residential form, socially pedagogically accompanied living. Up to 8 young people from 16 years old receive support in Room 4 U, our external residential group, until the end of their training period (more information about the institution and our target group can be found at https://www.lutisbach.ch).
To strengthen the team of the external residential group 1Room 4 U7 at Ländli 18 in Oberägeri, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a:
Social Pedagogical Employee HF or FaBe (80% workload)
Your tasks include:
- Care and support of young people in everyday group life
- Support and assistance during the transition to independent living, apprenticeship or training, as well as coping with everyday life
- Individual, targeted social pedagogical promotion in psychosocial development issues within the framework of key worker work
- Administrative and organisational tasks within the key worker work
- Planning and organising leisure activities
