The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our team of the Domestic Economy Service at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Novaggio site, we are looking for a
Domestic Economy Collaborator (80%)
(fixed-term 11/1/2025 - 2/28/2026)
Profile:
The future collaborator feels comfortable in a multicultural context, knows how to manage interpersonal relationships with patients, can ensure quality while respecting established times and procedures, and enjoys collaborative and team work.
With functional and technical skills, they can manage significant workloads and are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requests of internal and external clients with a great spirit of collaboration.
Necessary requirements:
- Professional experience in hotel or socio-healthcare facilities
- Familiarity with company cleaning using professional machinery
- Availability for flexible work shifts (7/7)
- Reliability and responsibility
- Orientation to change
- Teamwork attitude
- Good knowledge of spoken Italian
- Knowledge of common IT tools
- Federal certificate of competence as a domestic economy employee or hotel employee is a preferred qualification
