For a young, dynamically growing Spitex provider, we are looking for a committed certified nurse specialising in psychiatry. The company is in the process of establishing a new specialist department, offering the opportunity to actively shape and take on responsibility.
Your opportunity: You will not only work within the existing operation but also help to develop the psychiatric area from the ground up. You will benefit from a great deal of personal responsibility, flexibility, short decision-making paths in a modern environment with regulated working hours from Monday to Friday

Your tasks

Care and support of clients in their home environment
Promotion of independence and stabilisation in everyday life
Care planning, needs assessments and progress monitoring
Close collaboration with specialist agencies, relatives and doctors
Co-development and further development of the psychiatric service

Our requirements

Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
At least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing (mandatory)
Independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment in building and shaping new structures
Driving licence category B
Spitex experience is an advantage but not essential
Fluent German language skills
