- Planning and organisation of national and international deliveries (road, sea, and air)
- Preparation of delivery notes as well as export and insurance documents
- Execution of the letter of credit process for customer orders, including the preparation of necessary documents
- Handling of complaints and returns
- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Team player, reliable, meticulous, and conscientious
- Flexible working hours

Responsibilities
- Coordination of customer orders with the sales and production departments- Planning and organisation of national and international deliveries (road, sea, and air)
- Preparation of delivery notes as well as export and insurance documents
- Execution of the letter of credit process for customer orders, including the preparation of necessary documents
- Handling of complaints and returns
Profile
- Commercial basic training and completed further education in import/export- Several years of professional experience in export
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Team player, reliable, meticulous, and conscientious
