Desired profile
- You have initial experience in team management, you are also comfortable with site supervision, reading plans, and writing site reports
- You hold a CFC in construction, masonry, horticulturist-landscaper or equivalent training, an asset
- You are comfortable in French and able to communicate diplomatically with teams and all site stakeholders

- Execution of outdoor or sports developments
- Execution of civil engineering or masonry work
