Plant Operator 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You operate sawing systems and cut steel profiles – up to 1000mm wide, 25 metres long and several tonnes heavy ?

• With the 5t overhead crane and magnet system, you pick steel profiles – always with a focus on safety and loading regulations ?

• You report the sawing orders back in the ERP system – so everyone knows what’s going on

• Loading and unloading lorries and railway wagons is also part of your job

• You check the quality of your work during goods receipt and dispatch

• Inventory and general support with production and logistics tasks complete your range of duties

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma EFZ as a plant operator, production mechanic or similar

• You bring manual skills and technical flair – and you don’t mind physical work

• Technical systems are your thing and you enjoy working with them ?

• You speak and write good German ??

• You have experience in steel and metal processing ?

• Crane category C and forklift licence? Great, but not essential! ?

• Shift work (early and late shifts) is fine for you
