Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an analytically strong and entrepreneurial-minded individual as a Business Controller for an established industrial company.
Our client is a successful company with modern controlling structures, professional reporting processes, and a pronounced performance culture. To strengthen the finance team, we are seeking a specialist who supports management with sound analyses and actively contributes to the financial management of the company.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operational business controlling of a business unit
Creation and further development of management reporting
Analysis of sales, cost, margin, and profitability figures
Development and monitoring of KPIs for financial corporate management
Preparation of business cases as well as profitability and investment calculations
Optimisation of reporting, controlling, and financial processes
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, finance, or controlling, or a comparable higher qualification
Several years of professional experience in business controlling
Sound knowledge in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, as well as cost and performance accounting
Very good ERP knowledge and excellent MS Excel skills
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
