Your Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Development: Identify and evaluate innovative technical solutions for complex process-related challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments 
• Project Engineering Leadership: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, equipment requirements, and system documentation (URS) based on expert input from process specialists 
• Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and collaborate with suppliers and partners to develop optimal technical solution proposals for specific problem statements 
• Rapid Prototyping: Execute fast-track prototyping initiatives using advanced technologies including 3D printing and CAD systems 
• Cost Analysis & Timeline Management: Develop detailed cost assumptions and delivery schedules for technical solutions, including installation and testing phases 
• Engineering Documentation: Create, review, and approve technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, CAD layouts, calculations, and comprehensive datasheets 
• Project Execution: Own complete engineering projects from conception to handover, ensuring compliance with technical, HSE, and ATEX requirements 
• Quality Assurance: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and supplier inspections to ensure solution quality

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Dipl. Ing./M.Sc./B.Sc.) or equivalent qualification 
• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries 
• Technical Expertise: Proven background in pharmaceutical product processing, particularly with suspension-like systems and protein-containing products 
• Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of aseptic processes, bioburden control, and ATEX guidelines for organic solvent handling 
• Technical Skills: Mandatory experience with CAD systems and rapid prototyping technologies, particularly 3D printing 
• Scale-up Knowledge: Strong understanding of scale-up and scale-out approaches in pharmaceutical manufacturing 
• Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency and competent local language abilities 
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management capabilities with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
