Responsibilities:
You take care of first and second level support
You implement the directives of the group and Stahl Gerlafingen AG in the area of IT security and monitor their compliance
You organise or participate in internal and external training sessions to raise awareness in dealing with ICT and cyber security
You are responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of network components
You advise, instruct, and support users with IT questions
You take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of communication systems
You document the IT infrastructure carefully and conscientiously
You identify opportunities for improvement and actively participate in projects
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in computer science with a Federal Certificate of Competence or equivalent qualifications through training or many years of professional experience
You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support
You possess good knowledge of Windows and Office 365
You are a reliable and quality-conscious personality
You enjoy working in a team and can collaborate interdisciplinarily with the specialist departments from production and administration
You speak German at a native level and have good English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
