YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Supplier Management team
- Responsibility for subject-specific topics within the location
- Interface responsibility between adjacent departments with a focus on quality & non-conformance management, commodity management, claim management, and project purchasing
- Process responsibility for supplier management, in particular: supplier qualification, exception handling, supplier evaluation & classification as well as development.
- Continuous organizational and process improvement
- Supplier visits to a limited extent (10-20%) with periodic peaks
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Strengths-oriented leadership personality, structured approach, and recipient-oriented communication
- Higher education with a focus on business administration and/or process/project management, at least at the HF level or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in plant engineering, are required
- Experience in quality/supplier management is an advantage
- Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 22163 and experience in the application of methodological error analysis (8D or similar) is an advantage
- Negotiation-level German and English skills, both spoken and written
