Your future tasks

As Practice Lead Data & AI (m/f/d), you are the entrepreneurial mind and technological spearhead of our Data & AI initiative. You not only build a team, you establish a new business unit and define how customers can completely rethink their business processes through intelligent data architectures and AI agents.

You are the driving force and the "Trusted Advisor" for our customers and internal teams to actively shape the transition from pure tech implementer to strategic business enabler and to put the principle "No data, no AI" into practice.

Leadership & Strategy (Practice Management)

• You take full entrepreneurial as well as technical and disciplinary leadership for the build-up and scaling of the DACH Data & AI team (consultants, data engineers, data scientists, AI architects).
• Portfolio Strategy: You define the strategic direction of our solution portfolio in DACH. You are responsible for adapting and further developing our core pillars: Data Modernization, Data Intelligence, Data Visualisation & Insights, Data Ops and Automation (RPA, Gen AI).
• Asset & Solution Focus: You drive the strategic expansion of our delivery models. Instead of pure "Time & Material", you develop best practices, accelerators and intelligent frameworks to offer automation and data analysis as scalable services.
• Thought Leadership & Excellence: You are the technical figurehead of the practice. You define quality standards, promote a culture of excellence, knowledge management and continuous training (e.g. in cloud data architectures and GenAI integration).

Pre-Sales & Business Development

• C-Level Sparring Partner: You act as a technical "Trusted Advisor" and sparring partner for sales with our strategic customers and in complex tenders (RfP/RfI).
• Solution Design (DataBlueprint): You translate complex customer requirements and the desire for operational cost reduction into customised, future-proof 'Data/AI Blueprint' strategies and architectures.
• Market Shaper: You work closely with sales to actively identify new market opportunities and proactively position our expertise as a lever for digital transformation with customers.
  
  

What you bring with you

• Market recognition & excellence: You are recognised as a strong "T-Shaped Leader" in the DACH data & AI market and have proven success in technical pre-sales of complex architectures as well as in the entrepreneurial build-up of service teams.
• Domain expertise: Solid, current expertise in at least two of the following domains central to our portfolio:
  • Data Modernization & Architecture: (Focus: building enterprise data structures in AWS or Azure, using Databricks/Snowflake). You know how to build the foundation ("No data, no AI") for large companies.
  • Artificial Intelligence & GenAI: (Focus: integration of AI agents, large language models (LLMs) and machine learning to automate core processes).
  • Data Ops & Data Intelligence: (Focus: scalable data pipelines, analytics and data governance).
  • Automation (RPA): (Focus: process automation and intelligent workflows).
• Business affinity: You understand that data and AI are primarily business enablers. You advise strategically at management level on how data structures are used to automate processes and make data-driven decisions.
• Proof: Relevant certifications in the cloud and data ecosystem (e.g. deep vendor-specific certifications at AWS, Azure, Databricks etc.) complete your profile.
