What is my role?

• You operate and monitor modern CNC machines and conventional woodworking machines

• You set up the machines and make necessary adjustments

• You manufacture high-quality carpentry products according to technical drawings and specifications

• You carry out quality checks and ensure precise workmanship

• You maintain the machines and ensure a smooth production process

• You work closely with the carpentry team and support various projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter, wood mechanic or comparable qualification

• Experience in handling woodworking machines, ideally also CNC knowledge

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Careful and precise way of working

• Teamwork skills and reliability

• Willingness to undertake further training in modern machine technology
