What you can achieve
- 🌍 You take on project responsibility for the international implementation of SmartRecruiters and its sustainable integration into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
- 🤝 Together with your colleagues from HR and Business, you develop and improve the (recruiting) systems and processes.
- 💻 After successful implementation, you ensure the transition into running business and take care of release, incident, and request management for the long-term success of the module.
- 🏆 You successfully implement further concepts and projects in the area of HR applications / SAP SuccessFactors, always keeping customer benefit and impact in focus.
What you bring with you
- 🎓 You have successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or economics and have already gained initial experience in HR or recruiting.
- 📈 You have extensive experience in project, process, and stakeholder management in an international environment and can drive these forward with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- ❤ A passion and strong affinity for digitalisation including conception, system introduction, and development characterise you.
- 🌐 You communicate fluently in English and have good German skills. Any additional language is an advantage.
