As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across the EMEA network by developing robust supply plans, managing replenishment activities and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
You will work closely with manufacturing sites, distribution centers and cross-functional stakeholders to balance service levels, inventory performance and operational constraints.

Description
- Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned product portfolios.
- Translate demand forecasts, capacity constraints and lead times into actionable replenishment plans.
- Release and monitor planned orders, stock transfers and deployment activities.
- Manage inventory levels, safety stocks and inventory health indicators.
- Monitor backorders, service levels and order fulfilment performance.
- Support allocation decisions during supply-constrained situations.
- Participate in Supply Reviews and contribute to regional S&OP processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality and global planning teams to resolve supply challenges.
- Support new product launches, product changes and phase-out activities.
- Maintain planning master data including lead times, lot sizes and planning parameters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving service levels and reducing inventory risk.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning or Inventory Planning within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of MRP, deployment and inventory management principles.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are advantageous.
