We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for our FNAC Neuchâtel store on a permanent contract at 50%. Position available as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for welcoming and informing customers to ensure them a quality service

• You handle product payments and offer the various payment methods

• You promote Fnac services and the Fnac card to build customer loyalty

• You facilitate the customer journey by offering any suitable solution to improve their satisfaction

• You know how to adapt to customer flows to maintain smoothness
