Python Backend Developer for GenAI Applications, 80 - 100%

Tasks

Development of Python-based backend components for AI and GenAI applications
Implementation of APIs and services with FastAPI for productive AI workloads
Collaboration on internal AI chatbot applications with RAG architectures and connections to internal systems
Close cooperation with departments to gather requirements and develop solutions
Presentation and coordination of technical solution approaches with internal stakeholders

Completed studies in computer science, software engineering or comparable qualification
Practical experience in development with Python
Knowledge in developing APIs and backend services, ideally with FastAPI
Familiarity with modern development tools and platforms such as GitLab, GCP and Kubernetes is advantageous
Willingness to quickly familiarise with new tools, frameworks and methods
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
