Polymechanic with Leadership Experience and Automation
Tasks
- Leading two teams in production
- Securing production targets regarding quality, deadlines, safety, and costs
- Supporting and promoting employees in their daily work
- Coordinating capacities and personnel deployment with AVOR and planning
- Shaping new technologies and automation in production
Requirements
- Technical-mechanical basic training, preferably further education in production technology or business administration FH/HF
- Several years of experience in mechanical production
- Leadership experience as team leader, group leader, shift supervisor, or deputy
- Good knowledge of CNC processes and CAM systems
- User knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge would be desirable
