About the job
To expand our specialised psychiatry team in Hasle-Rüegsau near Burgdorf, we are looking for a motivated and committed
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Focus Psychiatry (50 - 80 %)
What awaits you
- You care for and support psychiatric clients at home
- You take on case management and care organisation for your clients
- You design the care process together with the clients in a resource-oriented manner from A to Z
- You work closely with the environment as well as with an extended network (doctors, institutions, psychiatry)
What you bring with you
- Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF/FH, specialising in Psychiatry
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Empathy, mindfulness and authenticity in dealing with clients
- Flexibility in work organisation
- Driving licence category B
