About the job

In our secretariat, you can expect a varied working day in a small, family-like team that works closely with the various professional groups (midwives, doctors, practice assistants, nurses, and other specialists) of the Women’s Clinic.

In addition to the classic administrative secretarial tasks (email/telephone), your main task is writing and formatting medical reports from dictation and from maternity records.
Other administrative tasks such as sending reports, case processing (checking/scanning/closing) also make your work content varied and exciting.

Start date 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

How to become part of our team

Training as a Medical Doctor/Hospital Secretary
Experience and enjoyment in writing (from dictation) and creating medical reports
Organised, precise, and proactive working style with good German language skills
Communicative manner with a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility for holiday cover is desirable
