IHRE AUFGABEN

• Lead the analysis of Legal Reporting processes and data flows within the AXIOM solution landscape

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technology

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in current processes, proposing improvements and supporting change initiatives

• Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models, process workflows, and interface definitions

• Ensure architectural compliance and adherence to minimum standards and governance frameworks

• Contribute actively to testing phases by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and overseeing execution for critical reporting components

• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible project documentation throughout the lifecycle

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years dedicated to Legal Reporting in financial services

• Proven involvement in AXIOM implementations or similar large-scale regulatory reporting programs (highly preferred)

• Strong analytical mind with the ability to understand complex business contexts and legacy system environments

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills — comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams

• Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and building trust across cultures and departments

• Natural collaborator with a can-do attitude, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset; capable of coaching others and fostering alignment

• Fluent in English (written and verbal); good German language skills are highly desirable
