As a prospective commercial clerk at Confiserie Sprüngli, you will be guided through various exciting departments during your 2.5-year training at our production site in Dietikon.

These include finance and controlling, accounts receivable and payable, cash management, purchasing, human resources and payroll accounting. In addition, you will gain insight into the demanding tasks of the corporate clients and marketing and communication departments. 

You will get to know these during a six-month phase at the headquarters in Zurich. Hardly any other profession offers such a broad range of activities and areas of responsibility as that of a commercial clerk.

• Working in various commercial departments and getting to know diverse business areas 
• Support with HR topics such as applications, onboarding and personnel administration (3rd year)
• Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings and internal events 
• Participation in exciting projects and gradual assumption of own responsibility 
• Preparation of presentations, evaluations and other important documents

• Good secondary school certificate (Sek. A) 
• Good grades in mathematics and a flair for numbers
• Completed Multicheck for commercial clerks (www.multicheck.ch) 
• Enjoyment in contact with people as well as administration and PC tasks 
• Neat appearance 
• Team spirit and good manners 
• Reliability and sense of responsibility 
• Willingness to learn something new again and again
