Sales Back Office Clerk, 80-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Your main tasks include processing customer orders, from order acceptance to delivery and invoicing
• You monitor delivery dates and inform customers accordingly
• You are also the contact person for ongoing orders, invoices as well as for complaints and returns
• Administrative support of the logistics department rounds off your varied range of tasks
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a businesswoman / businessman or equivalent
• Professional experience in the textile industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• Basic knowledge of French and/or English will facilitate your tasks
• A confident handling of common Office products and ERP systems is expected
• It is also important that you have a maximum notice period of 1 month
• Do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, reliable and able to work independently?
