About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

HOW?
The internship lasts at least 6 months, preferably 12 months. It offers you the opportunity to get to know the professional fields in the educational and creative area more closely and to gain insight into the practical daily support of people with sometimes severe disabilities.
- You participate in the individual support and promotion of clients with disabilities.
- You help shape group processes at the sheltered workplace.
- You assist with lunch supervision.
- You support clients with disabilities in personal hygiene.
- You collaborate in cross-departmental activities.
You will also advance the foundation itself: You actively contribute your experience and expertise.
