Team Leader Energy in Infrastructure Facilities

We are a modern, expanding general planner with around 210 employees. Our innovative company specializes in planning and realizing tailor-made, individual solution proposals primarily for complex infrastructure constructions. To strengthen our team in Winterthur, we are looking for a committed personality as:

In numerous infrastructures, we plan and optimize new and existing energy systems. Our customers are mainly public organizations such as wastewater associations, water supplies, and municipalities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. To build a team, we are looking for a specialist with experience primarily from the wastewater sector and energy systems in infrastructures.

Your tasks

• You will gradually build an energy team of 4-6 people.
• You will manage your own customers and projects and lead the planning team. The focus is on energy projects in wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), the sensible use of biogas, and the use of heat in treated wastewater for district heating networks. Other topics include, for example, the use of lake water or groundwater heat for district heating networks and, in individual cases, the use of photovoltaics or drinking water power plants.

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree
• Several years of experience as a project manager of energy projects in infrastructure projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• You have gained practical experience in all planning processes and ideally with construction management tasks.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are indispensable.
• Enjoyment of complex tasks and a lot of initiative
