🎯 YOUR PROFILE

HR-specific training in Switzerland (HR Assistant or HR Specialist)

Good German and Italian skills required

High communication skills and empathy

Knowledge of the HR software MIRUS is an advantage

📄 YOUR TASKS

Completion and support of all tasks and correspondence in the field of Human Resources

Co-responsibility for various administrative tasks from entry to exit (including contract and permit management, payroll accounting, management of employee files, health insurance, compensation office, rental and management of employee rooms and apartments)

Recruitment from job posting through pre-selection and conducting interviews to the offer

Assistance in organizing and coordinating employee benefits and events
