For our ward on the 9th floor with the specialities of visceral and vascular surgery with a total of 34 beds, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You lead the department according to the service mandate and target specifications in cooperation with the department management and the other team leaders. You are responsible for several employees from different professional groups of the nursing team.
- You are responsible for the implementation of efficient, effective and appropriate nursing, taking into account the framework conditions. Together with the department management, you are also responsible for the coordination and planning of processes in the department.
- You care for and support patients and their relatives with great commitment according to the practice model of "patient- and family-centred care".
- A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up to date, supports you around the clock.
Your experience
- You are a qualified nurse HF with professional experience and have further training in leadership or are willing to complete it.
- You are a reliable, resilient, flexible and communicative personality with high social and professional competence.
- Your innovative nature, your networked and pragmatic way of thinking as well as your IT affinity complete your profile.
