Abacus HR Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will help shape advanced and efficient HR management. You will use the flexible and versatile Abacus HR software to fully digitalise HR processes. As a business informatics Abacus HR Consultant, you understand the requirements of the HR sector and translate them into suitable IT solutions. You accompany companies on their path to digitalising HR processes and ensure that the software used optimally reflects their needs. In doing so, you combine your IT and HR expertise to realise sustainable and practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You take on project management in the areas of payroll, HR portals, and HR processes
- In this role, you install and configure the Abacus HR software solution
- As a business informatics Abacus HR Consultant, you train customers in the use of the software
- You provide your customers with professional and technical support during ongoing operations
- In this role, you work closely with developers to implement software extensions optimally
Qualifications:
- You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or have a school-leaving certificate (Matura)
- You have successfully completed further education at HF/FH level or are studying for a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business informatics
- Ideally, you have experience as an ERP/HR project manager, preferably with Abacus HR and payroll
- You have solid knowledge in information and process management, conception, and business analysis
- You work independently, are IT-savvy, and enjoy understanding and optimising existing processes
- You are characterised by an analytical way of thinking and working and have an interest in learning new things
