As a member of our service team, you ensure the proper functioning of overhead cranes and lifting equipment installed at our customers’ sites. Every day, you will face new tasks, various installations, and other challenges. Yet, you will be home (almost) every evening. We look forward to benefiting from your commitment and ideas in supporting our customers in the Jura region. We recruit both experienced professionals and recent graduates or atypical profiles. You will start with thorough training provided by experienced colleagues in your region and product training offered by our European training centre.
Your responsibilities:
- After gaining autonomy, you will ensure the operational availability of overhead cranes and lifting equipment at our customers’ sites
- Problem analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting on overhead cranes and lifting devices. For this, you can rely on your team and our innovative Industry 4.0 applications
- Independent execution of service interventions in your region
- Preparation of maintenance follow-up files and service reports
- Competent and service-oriented customer advice focused on finding solutions
Your profile:
- Diploma certifying successful completion of technical training, e.g. as an electrician, mechatronics technician, automation technician
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: industrial electronics, control technology, drive technology and/or frequency converters
- Demonstrate commitment, not be prone to vertigo, and hold a valid category B driving licence
- Authorisation for installation work on special installations Art. 14 of NIV or willingness to obtain it
- Good command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
