Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing CAM Programming

Tasks

Independently design manufacturing processes from calculation to series production
Create CAM programmes and carry out initial sample inspections
Optimally coordinate clamping devices, tools and programmes
Examine and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
Accompany initial and series start-ups and provide professional support to colleagues and trainees

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic specialising in CNC manufacturing (turning and milling)
Experience as a setter and CAM programmer, ideally with TopSolid
Confident handling of Siemens controls, index G200.2 knowledge is an advantage
Process- and cost-oriented thinking for economical manufacturing of components
Structured working method, technical understanding, confident appearance and very good German language skills
