Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Co-responsibility for situation-related, individual care & support of 22 residents in the residential group
• Assuming daily responsibility after thorough introduction
• Collaboration in the further development of the care sector
• Care documentation in careCoach
• Completion of administrative tasks

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of long-term care and support
• Appreciative basic attitude
• You are characterised by empathy and social competence

• We maintain open communication within the team, support each other and share responsibility together
• We employ you according to the collective labour agreement of the Bernese long-term care institutions
• We prepare your duty roster at least one month in advance
